I’m sure other bloggers have done this, but how could I resist?
And finally, I bet this baby was blue when she was born:

Hard to resist Tilly !! ( unless you’re a Liverpool supporter like I am
) can’t see the bottom photo though???
Ignore last comment.. I saw the photo when I clicked on the link.. Jeepers that’s some baby.. bet the mother was black and blue!!!!
Huge! My brother’s a Liverpool fan. Our Dad was an Evertonian and so was I, for all the interest I took in football, but I had to convert on marriage
hey thanks for the pingback
My pleasure
I have no idea who this team is, but I love their enthusiasm.
Manchester City
Ill try to look enlightened…. >.>
Victory!
You get it!
I am not a footie fan, but I remember doing the colour theme of photos a couple of years ago. My hands have gone blue… time to dance and prance about to get the circulation going!!
And wear some gloves!
It works perfectly for the challenge… I’ll take a couple of those t shirts.
You had to do it Tilly; it was your moment
Thank you for your understanding
I didn’t know who the team was either until I saw your answer to Rhianna in the comments.
Congratulations on the win!!!! (not that I know who against, but who cares, congrats anyway!!!!)
The Dutch are hoping to have a very Orange coloured ending celebration across the nation for the European Cup next month .. I’ll get my football hat and orange t-shirt on to cheer them on when the matches for that begin.
Cool “blues”way of illustrating the theme, They look ecstatic at the win… I bet you partied (just a little bit LOL?) at your place too!
We sure did!
Not a football fan – but I was cheering when the news reached me .. about Manchester City! Brilliant …. wonderful news.
Thanks!
I have heard rumors of the British football fans and you have shown me that they do exist. lol! My grandfather was a footballer when he was still at Liverpool, that always surprised me when my grandmother would talk about it because he was very quiet and unassuming. Apparently that all flew out the window when he was on the field. Amazing blue photos.
What was his name and when did he play? I’m from Liverpool; my brother is a Liverpool fan but my Dad was an Evertonian.
My grandfather’s name was William H. Jones and he played in the mid 1940′s after the war., I think. I know that he came from a large family, they were 13 kids, God bless my great-grandmother. One of these days, I would like to visit Liverpool and see where the Jones’ came from.
Unless you have details, that might not be easy – Jones is a common name.
I know, I always wondered why Jones, why so many? I believe that the origins of the name was son of John and it got to be Jones, if that is true then John was exceedingly promiscuous and virile.
great photos and all in blue. a winner for sure!
wow~!
I love blue color so I definitely will support this team
though I don’t really know league.
… I love to watch World cup!
I love to watch soccer especially the GOAL
It’s the English Premier League – the greatest football league in the world.
Not that I’m biased
Actually, the mother was blue and black I suspect.
From bruises of course.
Of course.
Great team, Tilly. Good take on the blue theme.
Thanks. Cheating of course, because none of the photos are mine
My Dad waited 44 years for his beloved Man City to win the League!
I am sooooooo happy for my Dad. I watched the final match as it switched between City’s game and United’s. What a finish! Almost as exciting as Eurovision voting….
Yay for the Blues!!! My Dad even went to Manchester to watch the parade… Fab post!
Thanks! City fans deserve it for their loyalty alone. So happy for your Dad
