It happens occasionally: postaday2011 prompts, that little box with the nine notifications.
Of course, they didn’t follow through with postaday2012 prompts and unlimited notifications; and don’t get me started on the thankfully short-lived enforced every-comment-ever-written-on-every-blog-you-ever-read-coming-to-your-inbox fiasco…
But here’s a really good idea: let bloggers tell WordPress about the blogs they love. It is one of three new post series:
- Recommended Bloggers – Nominate your favorite WordPress.com blogger for an interview and profile on The Daily Post.
- Why I Blog– When did you start blogging and why? What keeps you blogging? We want to know what makes your blog tick!
- My Morning Coffee – Before typing up your latest post, where do you find inspiration? Let us know your go-to sites for post ideas. Share the inspiration!
Read the full post at Submit a Topic.
My problem now, of course, is deciding which of the many blogs I love I should recommend.
Suggestions on a box of Maltesers, please.

By the way, if you’re wondering about the illustration, Zemanta suggested it because it’s called ‘Morning Coffee’; I used it because a bunch of pretty girls trumps dull WordPress logo every time.

This is (possibly) a good WP idea, but I can’t keep up with all of their other ideas, so if you put my name in this hat thing I will send you a Hot Potato Award. You have been warned!
me too. Love the kilts.
mine!
You are so sweet!
Thanks, Tilly B. I don’t pay much attention to the Daily Post, but when I see it from you…I am already coming up with some ideas!
Thanks this was great – have filled in 2 of .. the 3. Very nice of you to … pass this on.
I wonder how long it will be before you are deluged by requests for interviews by your faithful fans? I saw the idea and I have been mulling and thinking, interesting word mulling, I’m glad that I found Plinky for my daily dose of prompts.
Mulling is a great word. So is mosey. Think I’ll mosey on down to the Starbucks and get me a cup of that thar coffee
Lordy Tilly.. I can’t keep up with what I have to do as it is.. don’t give us something else to get distracted by!!!
I must be losing my gourd, I can’t figure out how to do as many things as I would like to do. I need a Geek like you for help. Can you come visit me? Dianne
Actually or virtually?
Great development, Tilly….
They are nostalgic girls in Japan. Now, AKB48 is famous.
Hooray! I was able to visit your blog! I’ve been having trouble visiting many blogs.
So glad I got to visit yours, though: your daughters are so cute.
I’d want to interview you any day!
They are great ideas… I just don’t have enough creative juices flowing of late… Oh well.
