REST!!! or type with a pointed object
I see you need more REST!
Raise your arms straight above your head. With palms uppermost, bring your fingertips together. Then, keeping the same hand angle, bring your arms down to your sides VERY SLOWLY (take about 30 seconds). Do this several times a day, the best time being after you stop blogging. This exercise solves my neck and shoulder problems.
Love,
ViV xox
And now you’re drunk, too – the pain must be bad
You.
Are.
Funny.
Love ya’ to pieces!
<3
all is forgivem Mr Right Hand ..come back soon as Mr Left hand doesn’t do the job as well as you
I’m with Viv on the exercise and Patrecia on the posts. I will read you left-handed or not. Either way we think your brain is still working, only more slowly. Welcome to old age and the long slide in to oblivion. Dianne
And if you use a pointed object to type, you can hold it in your teeth.
Drinking does help the pain but makes for lousy typing, seriously Viv’s exercise is good advice. I have a compressed disc in my neck and I often have pain and numbness in my left shoulder going down my arm and exercises do help. The drinking jokes are funny terrible but funny. I can’t do anything left handed I am so very happy that my left side is afflicted and not my right because it would really stink. Hope that you feel better Tilly xoxo
Tilly, I think you should give your both hands a good rest … for a good while – but very funny – you’re outstanding *smile
How about typing with your toes.
PS…you need to reverse the monkey…naughty monkey typing with right hand.☺.
Tilly: Fingers, my Inner Typist, is smiling contently. He thought he was the only one in the world who could type with such flair.
I hope your right hand isn’t your Malteser hand too! Now that would be a calamity, although I’m sure in that case you would learn to become ambidextrous very quickly.
Adding to Viv’s comment… also unlearn sleeping on your arms (if you do). It helps!!!
My prescription otherwise: Take Maltesers daily, every four hours for as long as it takes for the pain to disappear.
voice recognition software. The only way forward.
I’m with Pseu, voice recognition software is the way to go at the moment.
Excellent typing
Was I shouting? Or shiuyting?
Oh boy! This must be torture for you.
