Thanks to Granny1947 for this one, too.
With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went unnoticed last week.
Larry LaPrise, the man who wrote The Hokey Cokey, died peacefully at age 93.
The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in. That was when the trouble started.

Query from a t-shirt:
What if The Hokey Pokey really is what it’s all about?

The t-shirt quote is hysterical.
Hilarious! I remember doing the Hokey Cokey.
Yep. The t-shirt has got it one!
What if there were no rhetorical questions?
Haha – he lived to 93 – he was onto something
My childhood “friend” Sheriff John passed away, and ow the king of Hokey Pokey? I wish I’d appreciated the fact that they were still living before I learned they’d passed! Shame on me!
Actually, it’s made up. The exact author of THC/P is unknown, according to Wikipedia.
