    I had a night like that thanks to Jock’s insomniac searching the house with every light on for a prescription he’s lost. Once found, where i said it was, he went to sleep in the chair while I was wide awake and fizzing.

    I prescribe an afternoon nap- but a controlled length nap. Set your alarm for an 40 mins – hour max.

    After you get up you may feel worse for a short while, but it will make you feel better overall – without disturbing tonight’s rest.
