This is what the inside of my throat looks like, I’m sure.

I’ve got germs.  I’ve got the bug that’s been doing the rounds in this house, in this town, in this country, in other countries, in the blogosphere.

My family have had it.  My friends have had it.  My blogging friends and family have had it.  Now I have it.

It’s your fault.  I’m not talking to you.

Too late, TB; you talked to the wrong person already. Feel better soon. As for me, back spasms kept me home today. I’d trade for germs anytime. As it is, muscle relaxers and Jacuzzi may or may not help. I know this sounds like a mini vacation but, trust me, ’tisn’t. Time will tell.
    Here endeth the whine.

You must have heard that a million times but I’ve been looking for an excuse to use it 🙂

Get better soon, the bugs haven’t made it over to my house but Portugal has got it. Fingers crossed that we stay clear of these insidious little blighters.

Let’s hope so. Portugal and England have the longest-standing peace treaty of some time or other, so hopefully, no attack 🙂

Speak to the Tate Modern about that. It’s looks like exactly the kind of thing they give the Turner Prize to.

BTW Without thinking I clicked the ‘like’ button. For the record, it wasn’t in response to liking the fact that you’re ill! 😉

Have you ever noticed that eating Saltine Crackers feels good on a sore throat? This makes me think that we should invent a new cold remedy: Salted Malteser Crackers. Our slogan could be, “Sooth your sore throat and your sweet tooth all at once.”

    Hope you’re feeling better soon.

It’s amazing how those germs can look like a piece of graphic print. Maybe even framed art? Project Runway could use that material for a slutty skirt. I’d wear your germs

That was a good belly laugh! I was watching Project Runway and I thought of you. Seriously, Chris used his mother’s ex-ray for material inspiration. Germs really could happen! Your sickness could be famous. I seriously would wear your germs. 🙂

I welcome your comments but be warned: I'm menopausal and as likely to snarl as smile. Wine or Maltesers are an acceptable bribe; or a compliment about my youthful looks and cheery disposition will do in a pinch.
