Daily Prompt: Shape Up or Ship Out
Write a letter to the personality trait you like least, convincing it to shape up or ship out. Be as threatening, theatrical, or thoroughly charming as is necessary to get the job done.

Dear Procrastination,
How are you? You haven’t replied to my previous three emails so I don’t know.
You need to get your act together and start writing some posts about the visit of your blogger friend Janet. Not only has she written nine posts about her time with us, she has also compiled them into a fabulous, free ebook which exposes the dirty underbelly and large overbelly of life in Tillybudland. She puts you to shame.
She even included new photographs! The one of us in an old pinny and yellow hairnet is rather fetching, if you like your unflattering pictures in multicolours (I know I do).
If you want to read or download the exposé ebook, just visit Janet’s Notebook.
Lots of love,
Your Better Self
PS Sorry this is so late; I’ve been meaning to write it for ages but never got around to it.
In no way does this describe the Tillybud that I know and love!

Oh, it does – think about how late I come to answer comments/emails etc…
BTW, what did you do to upset my blog? You had to be approved today.

That happened a lot recently, but I thought it had stopped. WP throwing a wobbly. I also had to log in twice.

You’d better start being nice to WP – I always am 😉

Love this – I am very good at procrastination; especially for boring jobs that pay the bills when there are far more interesting things I could be doing. I am procrastinating about getting my books sorted at the moment having just finished 3 major jobs. Sally

Fellow procrastinator, I loved your letter so much that it bypassed my procrastination section located somewhere in my brain. Seriously, keeping up with you doesn’t get procrastinated at all because I love it too much. Everythin else however, it’s open season in procrastinationland.

Okay, I’ll get someone to translate this for me…eventually 🙂

I tried to download Janet’s ebook and got lost and confused. Why doesn’t Tilly Bud write a post showing lots of those photos….please. Dianne

Please don’t worry. If you still can’t open the link that I sent you to your email today, I’ll find a way to make sure you can open the file. No one should be deprived of Tilly’s sensational images.

A masterly letter, Tilly, to someone I should be contacting sometime soon. Though I might not do it today…

I was going to come back later and comment…but my worst trait is patience. And I just couldn’t handle all that waiting around for the right time to come back. No me..I gotta do All The Things Right Now. Procrastination would be a blessing I should think. at least for those who have to live with me 😉

I must admit I haven’t downloaded the ebook yet, I was struck by the photo you’ve posted. I absolutely love your fashion statement: Dog Poop Bag Bone Dispenser stole. You know, I have two of these accessories myself, one in fire engine red and one in traffic cone orange. I guess great minds think alike.

They scream, ‘Decent dog owner,’ dahling…. 🙂

Oh, that’s what that is! I thought it screamed organized, as before I’d stuff random bags in all my coat pockets and when I needed one invariably they’d all fall out and blow away in the wind. Then I’d be scrambling to grab them all and not step in the poop in the process.

Oh, I’d forgotten about that 🙂
