Oh, no. I am so sorry! That is a nightmare! Bill, his dad, and all of his siblings had a problem breaking a front tooth…but it was a childhood thing. There was no corn involved, however. Hope your dentist works fast!

Poor Tilly. I hope your dentist can be a miracle worker. If not, Don’t smile – smoulder like a passionate poet!

Oh no, Tilly you poor thing! I wish you luck with the dentist, I hope that he can fix your tooth as painlessly as possible. Good luck with the poetry reading if you are able to go, I hope you can.:)

Dentists really can work miracles these days… it’s just a sad matter of how fast and how expensive… I hope something can be done that doesn’t break the bank.

(I’m KNOW I’m lucky because I’m in a mandatory health insurance scheme via my employer and whilst it’s more expensive than most, the policy covers waaaay more dentistry than other policies, let’s just say I get my money’s worth on physio and dentistry alone! )

Oh no! I love corn on the cob – we eat a ton of it in summer, but then usually spend another couple of days picking it out if my teeth. thankfully, I have not had to pick any teeth out of my corn.

I hope it’s more embarrassing than painful! I’m so sorry. I’ve had a few recent dental episodes myself. But at least I wasn’t held back from a poetry reading. I hope it works out for you!

Now I know why you had to go to the dentist. That corn on the cob will get you every time.

I must have read your posts out of order because I read about the dentist fixing your tooth before I read of you breaking your tooth. Even though my teeth don’t break I gave up on corn on the cob a few years ago too! If I were you I’d stick to Maltesers!

I welcome your comments but be warned: I'm menopausal and as likely to snarl as smile. Wine or Maltesers are an acceptable bribe; or a compliment about my youthful looks and cheery disposition will do in a pinch.
