Spud has complained that I have posted nothing but jokes this week. Since I prefer to be the nagger rather than the naggee, here I am.
I’m still not well so all I can manage is to share something which made me smile this week. You remember how the Globe sent me an autographed programme?
On Tuesday, they sent me another! I adore the Globe theatre and all who sail in her.
I’m pleased that when I die, the boys will each get an autographed copy. Feeling like I do, that won’t be long now…
I am a little fat. I like food; what can I say? I have dull hair: mousey. I don’t wear much make-up and have no need of a dressing table. If I look like a bag lady, I chose my own clothes. If I look nice, the Hub picked them for me. Despite all this, I am a little vain. This photograph is from 2003. I had to go back that far to find one of me that I liked. But I don’t really care: my husband still thinks I’m beautiful and if he doesn’t, he loves me enough to lie about it. I’m lucky. I have two boys. They never lie to me. Still, you can't have everything.

I been to most theaters in London, but never the Globe. I’m not a Shakespeare fan as such, but I should really visit the theater … because it’s suppose to be beautiful.
Take good care now and there is no rush back here.

After this conclusive evidence of how bad Shakespeare can be for one, it should be banned in all schools. These repeated programmes – the dose they gave was too small to kill, so theyre sending more? 🙂

Oh very cool!! I used to think that getting autographs was strange. And then I met Norman Reedus at a convention this weekend and he held my hand and called me sweetheart and I think the sun shine brighter and all the birds sang and….um, yeah. autographs are cool. 😉
