Answers On The Reverse

1 Jul

Yesterday’s poems have the following answers:

Who Am I?  nosbiG leM, of course, you clever people.

Mother Knows Best  1091 – 0481, layoR ssecnirP ehT  ,esiuoL yraM edialedA airotciV ssecnirP, of course, some of you educated/geeky people.

Naturally The Nation Will Bear With Your Excesses     nikraL pilihP, of course, you poetry-reading people.

This was a really enjoyable prompt because everyone got to join in.  I just wanted to say: thanks for spoiling my day by you all being so smart and everybody getting at least one right.

Final stats for the blogging year  2009-2010:

Thanks for coming along and reading.  As for my regulars: what’s wrong with you people?  Don’t you have a life?

I’ve had a hard day with a long one-to-one tutorial with a ‘real’ poet, and my brain may have left my body, but I don’t understand your latest post!

Never mind that – tell all about your one-to-one!

The title should really say ‘Answers In Reverse’. Hope that helps.

I put it in my blog in a reply to your comment about Cross Purposes. So I was right the first time, and didn’t need the backwards clue. You had me worried there.

You look like your mum! I think we need some more stories about her please.

I’m sorry: are you saying I look like a wrinkly seventy-year old half-blind elderly lady? Or perhaps a two-year old box of ash?

I welcome your comments but be warned: I'm menopausal and as likely to snarl as smile. Wine or Maltesers are an acceptable bribe; or a compliment about my youthful looks and cheery disposition will do in a pinch.
