The Pope is hardly the first person to lose interest in their real job so soon after joining Twitter.

Brilliant … the first one is my favorite – here … but I think the Findus Scandal is the main reason, good of you to dig out the real truth. Do we need a pope ???? And why not a female ????!!! Or is that a bit too much !!!!

There are not even female priests in the Catholic Church: ergo female pope impossible.

What about Pope Joan? She only got found out when she delivered her baby on a horse…hmm…looks like popes and horses are connected in more ways than one 🙂

I have always thought that there is something iffy about the Catholic Church. *smile Maybe it’s the horse issues they have. On the other hand I think there is something iffy with all religions. They are all into something

The Pope is to be commended for doing the right thing, I think. We often think older folks should turn in their driver’s lincenses. Well, the Pope has just turned his in.

I welcome your comments but be warned: I'm menopausal and as likely to snarl as smile. Wine or Maltesers are an acceptable bribe; or a compliment about my youthful looks and cheery disposition will do in a pinch.
